Okay, I’m one step closer to figuring out making the cover work in Adobe PhotoShop Elements 9 — I have the book formatted correctly and already uploaded to Create Space; and I am currently working the cover to save in the proper PDF format.
Last night I was up working on the cover for the print version of The Tor King when I thought I would check YouTube again for some assistance. So, this time, instead of searching for vids on creating a cover for Create Space, I searched specifically for creating the cover in PSE 9 and what I got was PSE 11 instructions. I’m thinking that should be somewhat helpful–it was–the basics are the same. Anyway, I’m almost there and closer to print on demand over at Create Space.
If you haven’t created something from scratch, chances are someone else did; chances are someone else figured it out and is/was willing to post to help you and me figure it out. Know your search parameters to make your search easier. Try different searches until you come up with more than you asked for…come up with what you need.
