It is relatively easy to find our biological ancestry and to ascertain our lineage. We must realize, though, that our psychological lineage is different from our biological lineage, because of outside influences and input from numerous sources.
This book has been written to help us know ourselves. If we know what the average traits in people are, we can better search to find out from whom and from where our particular feelings were acquired. Therefore, we can deduce who we are and why we are like we are.
If we are more selective in keeping the things in our character that are really us and not just a mirror of someone else, we can than discard the things that are not really us, and present a true, constant identity, that will realistically be a monument when we die.
We will then be remembered as a “Unique Individual.”
